This location was discovered during my second archaeological survey, which took place farther away from our 'usual' excavation site. The path you see in the painting leads into a small forest, where one of the irrigation canal networks was situated deeper inside. Later, I captured the gate of one such canal in another artwork, which is also featured in this exhibition.
